General Conditions of Sale On Line

1. Identification of the Seller:
The Juegaterapia Foundation, with tax identification number G86557097, and registered office at Calle Núñez de Balboa, 56, Bajo A, 28001 Madrid, Spain, is the entity responsible for the sale of the products offered on the website www.juegaterapia.org (hereinafter, "the shop").

2. Object of the Contract:
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Conditions") govern the sale of products through the Juegaterapia Foundation online shop. These conditions apply to all transactions between the Juegaterapia Foundation and the buyer, regardless of the method of payment and delivery selected by the buyer.

3. Pricing and Availability:
The prices of the products are indicated in the shop and are those in force at the time of purchase, and include Value Added Tax (VAT) and other applicable taxes. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be indicated and calculated before confirmation of purchase.
The availability of products is subject to stock. If any of the products ordered is not available, the Juegaterapia Foundation will inform the buyer as soon as possible.

4. Purchasing Process:
The buyer must select the products he/she wishes to purchase and add them to the shopping cart. To complete the purchase process, the buyer must provide the information required in the order form, and confirm the order. The formalisation of the purchase contract between the Juegaterapia Foundation and the buyer will occur at the time the buyer receives confirmation of the order via the email provided when making the purchase.

5. Payment:
Payment of the price of the products and shipping costs must be made by the buyer using the payment methods provided in the online shop. The buyer guarantees that the details provided for payment are correct and that he/she is the holder of the account or card used for the transaction.

6. Shipping and Delivery:
The Juegaterapia Foundation will send the products to the delivery address indicated by the buyer, within the estimated time that will be informed in the purchase process. Shipping costs will be detailed and accepted by the buyer before the formalization of the purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the location and availability of the product.

7. Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with the provisions of article 102 and following articles of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without having to justify their decision, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the Juegaterapia Foundation within the period indicated, by written communication sent to the email address tienda@juegaterapia.org, indicating the details of the purchase and their intention to return the product.

8. Conditions for Return:
The product must be returned in its original condition, without signs of use, with its original packaging and with all accessories, manuals and documents included in its delivery. If the product is damaged, the return will not be accepted.

9. Cost of Return:
The buyer shall bear the cost of returning the product, unless the product received is defective or does not match what was ordered.

10. Reimbursement:
Once the return has been received and it has been verified that the product meets the required conditions, the Juegaterapia Foundation will proceed to reimburse the corresponding amount to the purchaser by the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.

11. Guarantee:
Products sold through the online shop are guaranteed for 2 years from delivery, in accordance with the applicable legislation. The buyer may demand the repair or replacement of the product, or a proportional reduction of the price or termination of the contract, if the delivered product does not comply with the contract.

12. Protection of Personal Data:
The Juegaterapia Foundation guarantees the confidential treatment of the buyer's personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and the current regulations on the protection of personal data. 13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
These General Conditions of Sale shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
